Bhagwan says only by realising the all-pervading Self;” after attaining Me”, there is complete Liberation from the limited existence. Even after reaching Brahma loka, our unfulfilled vasanas may again compel us to take another birth. The seeker has to hold on to the Supreme through constant contemplation upon the Self to get rid of the Ignorance.
